What will happen if I open my eyes?

Oil on canvas

90 cm x 60 cm

US $ 990  (NZ $ 1650)

What will happen if I open my eyes?

Open my eyes to my dreams, my fears, my hopes, my hidden potential?

My anger, my sadness?

My power, my giftedness?

Where might I find myself?

The woman represents the precious soul. The snow leopard represents her hidden shadow and power, her violence and strength. The shell represents the preciousness of the inner journey. The landscape is both beautiful and threatening, but she does not journey alone, because the bird is a symbol of the Holy, the numinous. The water represents both the unconscious and new life. The ongoing challenge of life is to grow into new ways of being.
